To begin, this review is not to slander the dealership or the salesman that assisted us to purchase the vehicle. This is purely an honest review for the public and hopefully for the company to review. We drove 5 hours to buy a vehicle at this location due to the high demand of the X3. The appointment we had with this salesman was not pleasant. The salesman interrupted us multiple times, answered the phone while we were talking, looking away, walked away to work with other people, pushy, and didn't spend the time to go over the vehicle. When asking specific feature questions about the vehicle the response was, "This was the vehicle you inquired about." Keep in mind, shouldn't any salesman be able to answer your questions about a vehicle your purchasing? We asked to work with someone else for a better experience he insisted we wouldn't get any money off this vehicle, "not even $2." We were not looking to haggle a deal but simply go over the pricing with the associated flaws on the vehicle, taxes, registration, and any possible incentives BMW offers (ex. new grad discount). Once we decided to purchase the vehicle we waited 3 hours to be seen my the financial advisor. We understand it was a busy Saturday but during the wait we were not informed on the process of our application, any updates, and just overall a very stressful day. I hope that no one else has this experience for their first time purchasing a BMW, I was very upset with how it went especially driving 5 hours for a scheduled appointment. Our financial advisor was very kind so at least the end of our experience was better than the first 4 hours. As a luxury dealership, I am VERY disappointed in the service we received.

Tony was great - so nice! Tony gave me timely updates as they had to keep my car overnight. Pretty disappointed how few employees actually had a mask on- most had them but didn’t have them covering their nose or mouth so what’s the point. Tony wore his the whole time.

In terms of service, generally very good. They were ready for me when I arrived, and advised that I would probably need a loaner. They provide that for me and then advised that my car should be ready in 48 hours, which it was. My only disappointment was that when I picked it up, the interior front had not been cleaned. But my sales person, Paul Labak, graciously got the vacuum and cleaned out all the road salt. I just felt that was something that service would have done. Thanks, Paul!

I had the pleasure of buying a 2021 X3 from Jessica and Laurel BMW. The experience was wonderful. After having a bad experience at another dealer, I reached out online. Jessica responded and was open and upfront with what they could do and options for trading in my previous lease. Jessica was easy to talk to, did not apply high pressure and took time to make sure I understood the features of the vehicle. I was completely at ease and the negotiation process was smooth and comfortable. My time with Joe, the finance manager was quick, efficient and low pressure. I initially wrote a poor review due to the inability of the service department to repair my horn on my 330i xDrive after multiple visits to the dealership. I have seen improvements in the service department since then. I purchased a new M2 Competition and was happy to find that they would acquire and put on my winter wheels/tires and then store the off season wheels/tires. All of my concerns have been addressed and I have renewed confidence in the service staff here.

Blake Farmer was my service advisor. I had an extended warranty that i had bought from a different dealer and there was a few issues. Blake went above and beyond to follow up with the third party warranty and the other dealer. I can't thank Blake enough for his help and making the process very smooth. Very disappointed. I had appointment to demo car. When I came back after short ride salesman out with another client had to wait. Decided to buy car offered at dealership. Agreed on line to price. Submitted my insurance card etc. prior. I was given an appointment to pick up car. Again, met with salesman viewed car said OK and then waited about 1 hour waiting in salesman's cubical. He disappeared. Went to service desk. Told he was busy with another customer. Finally, finance manger introduce himself, apologized said he too was busy. After completing paperwork finance manager gave me keys and walked me to my new car. I typically buy a new car every year and this was my first experience with this dealership.

WOW, What a great experience . This is the first time I need service during the Covid 19 Issue. The Dealership was so clean I thought I was in a Hospital . I have been servicing my vehicles there for the last 20 years and it's always nice to see the same faces. My goto service advisor, Mike Powoluski, is truly an asset to the company. Straight forward, no pressure, tells me what service I need and suggest up keep maintenance. The service director Mike Buzzelly , who himself, was my first mechanic, came up from the ranks with world of knowledge and is always around to answer any customer concerns. One last thing , I have to shout out about my current mechanic, I like to call him Dr Miguel because of he way he looks after my cars with care and makes sure that it's in tip top condition. P.S What a surprise, when my car was completed it came out of the wash and I thought they detailed it. Don't forget, it might have cost me 10% more to service my car at the dealership, but you get what you pay off. Thank you

I had a really great all around experience while buying my X5. Hassan was always attentive and responsive to my questions before and after the purchase. The managers are very personable were very eager to have a quick conversation getting to know me and why I was there. The team overall didn't try and push the sale on me or any extras such as coverages or extra plans. The biggest thing was that there were no added fees that I didn't see or know about. I will certainly be buying another vehicle from them.

I just purchased 2018 530i CPO (Certified Pre-Owned) on 3/11 and noticed the driver side window made some noise when I pull down & up. I am not sure if it causes due to the weather or not, but never had this problem with other vehicles even during cold winter weather. When the Sales person called me, I addressed the window noise and asked IF there is anything wrong with a wire or electrical problem, can it be covered by warranty? But he said "it depends". Seriously??? I only have this vehicle for 6 days, and it is a certified vehicle. If warranty means is nothing, what they inspected before put it on the market. I had a good experience with this dealer but they seem like only nice until purchased a car.

I have been doing business with Laurel for more than 20 years. James Randall is my Service Advisor and has been for many of those years. He is great to work with and has always let me know what needs to be done to keep my BMW’s running properly. My 2016 X3 was in for front brake replacement that was covered under an extended BMW maintenance program. James also recommended some other services since my SAV is now 5 years old with about 50,000 miles. And I also had it detailed. James gave me an almost new X3 M40i loaner to use while the work was being done. All work was done to perfection as usual with Laurel. I can’t say enough good things about dealing with James and Laurel.

I purchase my X2 a month ago today. Lovin’ the new ride. It’s sleek, sexy, and a head turner!The features are everything!! Options don’t compare as Ive owned several other foreign cars. From the led interior lightIng, heated steering wheel, panoramic sunroof, touch screen/navigation and the list goes on. I must say i was pleased with the care that I received at Laurel BMW. After the unexpected disappointment of my Mercedes GLA engine failure I was forced to purchase a new car so I decided to go with BMW. Chris Cole was Extraordinary! He was helpful in getting me what i was looking for and helped me through the process from start to finish. Though i paid a little more than I wanted base price it was worth the removal of my GLA issues. Joe in financing was also great with putting together a pretty good package for extended warranty and gap insurance. The process was pretty quick considering i had already been preapproved the day before so i was out in about 2.5-3 hours. II would definitely recommend Laurel BMW and would purchase again from them.

I purchased my 2nd used BMW from Laurel BMW on 2/20/2021. Both transactions on the front end were very good, however, in each instance, registration of my vehicle took forever, and the disinterest of those who should be completing that task is maddening. Now, 15 days later, they have not registered my car, claim they cannot do personalized plates and are seriously dragging their feet in completing a refund to me for the fees related to vehicle registration so I can do it myself. They contract to a 3rd party vendor for this and it is terrible. My 30 day drive away tag will be expired long before they do their job. Initial contact and negotiation with sales = very good. Completion of necessary legal components related to vehicle registration after the sale = Terrible.

I bought my first BMW at Lauren BMW in 2006 and now am on my third. I live in Hyde Park but have no issue with driving the 35 minutes to Westmont for service, because I've always been happy with the way my car and I are treated. Some of the service advisors, like Jay Buis, who's great, have been there for years but they all have been courteous and knowledgeable, and when my previous cars were out of warranty, I was never pressured into unnecessary services. Since I don't live close, I usually wait for the service to be completed (though loaners are readily available if necessary), but that's not a problem since the waiting area is spacious and comfortable and the WiFi is good.

I came in to this dealer and worked with Lilly Kolarski, who has been the sales advisor for my son-in-law and grandson for multiple vehicles. When they heard I was thinking about a X7 they both said that Lilly was the one to go to. And they were right, Lilly was not just informative but patient and went so beyond the extra mile to help me. I purchased a 2021 X3 from BMW of Westmont and was happy with the online response, follow up, and test drive. Andre and Chris were great and answered all my questions, and the process from inquiry through financing and driving off with my new car was pretty seamless. So far, the X3 has exceeded my expectations and I love driving it. The only other comment I would have is the day I went in to close the deal and sign, there was an associate who was walking around and in close proximity of others without a mask and not social distancing. Normally, I would just distance myself - however, when the dealership highlights their COVID protocol I would expect they stand by it, and keep their people accountable as well. While this does not reflect my overall positive experience, I feel that when you are paying for a BMW - an experience - you should feel safe not only in the car your driving, but the people delivering it.

I took my car for the 50K miles service. I already purchased a maintenance plan which cost me $3000 and expected to cover some of the services including brakes. I was told that my plan will cover oil change only. The agent printed a bunch of papers and presented a list of services which will cost $4000. I declined all of them, and got the oil change only. They did not even clean the car.

Well all I can say is I'm impressed, I had a check engine lit on my car and without an appointment at 330 in the afternoon i pulled in there service dept. the service writer came out explained that they could look at it but I'd have to wait about an hour and a half or i could schedule an appointment when they could get me a loaner I said I'd wait, I did not buy my BMW at this dealer so I was happy they took me right away about 95 mins later they came got me and said my car was ready, so i said when can I come back to get it fixed they all done explained what was wrong, apologized that the car wash was down and couldn't wash my car and i was on my way, Laurel BMW now has a new customer with any issue's with my car. So I had my BMW serviced- not only did they not wash the car- they had me pick up my car at the employee parking- not knowing where my car was parked I spent a good 15 minutes looking for my car at less than 20 degree weather. Thanks a lot Laurel of BMW! Porsche looking better for my next car!!!

I have been a customer of Laurel's for a few years now, and the level of a superior experience here was made quite evident when I had to bring in my p-up truck to another dealer for service (not so hot). Each of my 2 sales experiences with Lilly Kolarski (and one for my son!) have been without stress and i felt that I was assisted with my chosen transaction instead of just being "sold something". My service experiences (with James Randall) have been consistently similar. No stress, concerns with the car are dealt with, and visiting the dealership to drop off or pick up the car is more like visiting a friends home ; it's just that comfortable. Update, I am now on car #3, and so is my son. My own experience echoes what I have already stated only now with more emphasis. This place is just plain great and is still my only go to for a car and service. Update #2 - Another visit for service and another 5 star experience! James Randall continues to excel at his role and profession and I cannot say enough. I ran into Lilly Kolarski when picking up my car and it was like visiting an old friend. They are not just a dealer to me but a valued relationship.

Had my wife’s BMW X5 windows begin to open on there own, this also happened to me a few times before I thought maybe we accident pressed and hold button on our remotes. Had the drivers seat control panel suddenly break off on my 2015 X5 right before I was driving to FL. I took my X5 in for regular service. I was greeted within 15 seconds by Karl. He asked if I had a preferred service representative. It was my first time there, so I did not. Karl asked me a couple quick questions and then walked me back to his desk. He provided a quote and an estimate of the amount of time for the service to be completed. Both were spot on! DO NOT purchase the Ultra Care Plan with your certified used car. I had the same experience that several others had in reviews I read here. I have the BMW Ultra Care Plan that I paid an extra $4000+ above and beyond the cost of the basic plan. The plan touts it "covers all preventive maintenance". Yet I left with a $1600 bill for items that were not cover. My car operates great but these were presented to me a maintenance. - Now I see the nuance that the dealer not BMW recommended the maintenance. I should have known better. I consider myself a smart consumer. And I trust BMW as a high quality company. DON'T make the same mistake. Save your money and do not purchase these expensive plans. Also make sure you do not TRUST but understand what is recommended by the dealer not the car maker. I have learned my lesson.

After settling on the purchase of a BMW X3 and placing a $2500 deposit on the vehicle. I scheduled my flights to pick it up the following week. Fast forward 3 or 4 days and just two days before my flight and I get a call telling me that the car has sold. I was told that it was the sales managers decision to try to get this car in the January sales window instead of the February (which is when I was picking it up). I know that used car sales managers don’t have the best of reputations as a trade but this one fits the reputation for sure. I would highly recommend that no one go through their buying process online. They can not be trusted to hold a vehicle until you get there to pick it up.

Scheduled oil change and ckup completed. Interesting experience with at least daily notifications from BMW, from the dealer, and from several others within the dealer to have this service done. OK- I gave up and had it done. Another discovery after a recent heavy snowfall: upon opening the trunk lid, the accumulated snow slid down off the trunk lid onto rear window then into the trunk. It is not clear how this will not happen every time we get a heavy snow. Any thoughts/recommendations?

Purchased my 5-Series here. That process went swimmingly. The 3 times I’ve been back for service, however, have left a sour taste in my mouth. My service advisor-same guy every time-doesn’t seem to remember me. It’s like Groundhog’s Day each time with the introduction. I don’t have a common name, making this even more weird. That hang-up aside? The poor marks here are a reflection of them keeping my car overnight on each occasion, only for me to get my car back without the situation being remedied. It boggles my mind. I took my car to a competing BMW dealership and they knocked my socks off in terms of service, the repairs performed, their friendliness, communication and plain old respect . I had been on the search for a particular car for a few months, and when the right car hit the market, Laurel BMW made time to see me right away. The car was very clean when I arrived and they had it pulled into the show garage so it was nice and warm and ready to be shown. Tony Alonso was the sales guy I worked with. The listing was just posted that day, so they didn’t even have photos posted yet. When I called and asked Tony about the car, he sent me a few text photos of the car and told me to stop in and see it. Tony was super laid back and I never felt pressured by him to buy the car. The whole car buying experience was really laid back, and the dealership is beautiful. Laurel BMW, and Tony Alonso did a great job and the all around buyers experience was great. When I arrived to get my car, I still had to go to the cashier, she wasn’t able to see that I had paid in the system, and I had to sign all the paperwork! With COVID they should have let me pick up my car without having to enter the waiting area.

Amazingly, I was able to get appointment right when I wanted. It was nice to see everyone wearing a mask (unlike in May when most were not) in light of COVID. I requested a simple tip off on the oil (I was having routine brake maintenance)... I figured if I was spending well over a grand $ this was a reasonable request.... 1 week later minimum oil indicator popped on. Kind of disappointing, I guess they try to do the minimum themselves in spite of the high prices they charge. I wouldn’t have left a review, but I kept on getting requests from them for my opinion. Made an appointment to have my brakes checked. Very easy and was provided a loaner. The repair was covered under warranty and it took only 1/2 day. Very convenient and was extremely pleased with the Service Rep (Jay). I bought my BMW X1 here and have not yet been disappointed. The customer service is exceptional!

Went to buy an SUV for some extra room. Hassan A. Showed me an X7. Didn’t know there was a seven seat SUV. Inventory was limited so he encouraged me to order exactly the SUV I wanted. I highly recommend buying a car at this dealership - in particular, my experience with salesman Scott Meidl was phenomenal! Scott is extremely knowledgeable and gave me a frank assessment of the options that would be worth the additional cost and gave me helpful information comparing the car to competitors during the test drive (I was considering both the X3 and the Mercedes GLC). He gave me a great price on a new X3 and worked with me on a good price for my trade-in. Even though it was after hours, he sat in the car with me to successfully sync up my phone and explained all of the features since my prior three cars had been with a BMW competitor. I found the car I wanted at a fair price. The communication and service was as expected until we agreed on price. Luke W was helpful as was Rich R. The service after my offer was accepted was dismal. I wired the funds to dealership within 5 hours. The sales staff had no idea of dealership procedure for out of state sale, and notary of paperwork by a notary of dealership choosing with someone local to me. Sales staff kept telling me that notary was selected and paperwork was shipped, and I would receive to schedule within hours. But after pressing, I found out that the paperwork was shipped out five full days after I wired funds to dealership. No communication between sales person, sales manager, finance manager. I was mislead and I did not get the truth until I asked for shipment tracking number for paperwork sent to notary. No commitment or schedule for shipping the car to me until I asked to cancel the transaction. It?s been two weeks and I am waiting for title work to register the vehicle will in my state. I suspect this will drag out as well.

I worked with Luke and Darrel. Both salesmen were helpful and easy to work with. The sale closing took longer than we wanted but it went fine. I would recommend the dealership as a whole including salespeople and finance manager (Joe) we worked with. It’s only been 4 days but thus far we are happy with our purchase. We took our x3 in for service because it indicated front brakes were due even though we’ve only had the vehicle for 6 weeks. Upon inspection the dealership verified the brakes needed replaced. Although brakes are a wear item the dealership agreed to replace them, as they stated they should have caught it during the pre-sell inspection. I applaud the dealership for doing the right thing instead of presenting a bill to us so early in the owner relationship. That type of service is appreciated and is what generates repeat business.

Laurel is a great place to consider buying or taking your car for service, but I would NEVER recommend leasing a car from them. EVER! Crazy the amount of fees they burden you with when you return a leased car, despite their sales efforts of explaining normal wear and tear will be factored in. We have leased many cars from BMW, and only this time when we were leaving the brand because we needed more space, and their new X7 is priced way too high, did they treat us poorly with a leaving of the brand fee, and wear on car fees that in our opinion should have been included in normal wear, and were never factored into previous turn ins. Buy a car or go somewhere else.

Takata unit replaced in my BMW 3 series (E46). I could not drop the car off at the dealer at this time because of my wife??s .injury. The pandemic was also a concern. A week ago by BMW X3 stuttered slightly upon ignition. A few days later the hesitation was more noticeable. Given my X3 is almost 6 years old and its the original battery I figured it was time to replace. Made a call to Laurel and then were able to fit me in literally 30 minutes later. An hour after arrival, I drove out with a new battery, all the electronics properly reset plus a car wash. Not a complicated service but I appreciated the fast response and a brief education on why the electronics need to be reset by a qualified service tech when the battery gets replaced.

This review is long due but these guys deserve a 10 star review if I could give them. Last year I bought a used 2018 X1 from the dealership. My sales guy Luke was super easy to work with. "Guy" who was the manager was the best! They worked with me on the numbers (I was trading in my old X5) and really did everything to make sure the X1 was the right car for me. The day after I purchased it, I noticed the side mirror was broken, not sure if I did it or what so I called Luke and told him what happened, kinda nervous if they were going to charge me to fix it. First thing he asked was "Are you okay? are you injured?" then no more questions asked except to ask me to take it in for them to fix it whenever I'm free. Even gave me the M-series as a loaner car :P I would totally recommend buying from them. They are the best!

Though my buying experience was not great with Laurel BWM, they have addressed via the limited warranty with the purchase of my car a few repairs that were needed. The warranty was a 3 month 4,000 mile warranty. My original sales representative (Scott) and Mike Pawlowski (Service lead) were helpful in getting the issues addressed. Though one outstanding issue that was identified at another dealership was not addressed (based on Laurel BMW's feedback, this was not in need of repair), the work that was done seems acceptable and the total amount of repairs were >$4K. All in all, I would chalk this one up as an overall good experience with just a but of wonder in my mind if this other issue that was identified will eventually pop up as an issue again.

I purchased my X1 in 2016 and have had very good service interactions. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I have had positive service experiences these past few years except for one thing - the car washing. I had a substantial service where they had my car for two weeks and when I went to pick it up - it's very dirty. This has happened more than once. It's just disappointing but the more important piece is that the car is fixed without issue with very friendly & efficient interactions.

This is the 5th BMW I have purchased and my past purchases have been with Fields and Knauz BMW. The experience there was as expected with a BMW dealer........a great experience. Unfortunately, this experience was super bad. I must call out the sales representative (Scott Meidl) was GREAT and our Finance representative (Devon Reid) was as well. The problem? We literally waited 2.5 hours to get into Finance after the deal was negotiated. This was not due to a long line of people waiting to get in. Each office (2 finance people in total) had a person in there for over 1.5 hours. OVER ONE HOUR AND THIRTY MINUTES to move somebody through the sign-off process. I know some people read the fine print on anything they sign, but this was incredibly ridiculous. Scott apologized numerous times and was put in a bad position. The GM......what a waste of salary to have somebody in there who is supposed to be managing business operations sitting behind a counter talking to his employees more interested in passing time and laughing with his counterparts vs. looking at what was going on with CUSTOMERS and addressing what was an unacceptable situation. Believe me, I would have been long-gone before this deal closed but this was a purchase for my son - who I could not disappoint due to me being incredibly frustrated. My suggestion for this dealership - remember that you are a BMW dealership. You are supposed to be a premium brand offering a premium experience. Mine was closer to a Jim and Bobby's Used Car Lot experience. If somebody from AutoNation in an executive position is reading this, you may want to make a visit to this dealership to see what the heck is going on. You may also want to pull out resumes of anybody capable and interested in running a premier car dealership and begin the interviewing process immediately. One final note, I was not the only one frustrated. The guy next to our sales agent's office was screaming at his Finance representative 10 minutes after going in.. Such an odd experience.

My 1st visit - for a fully auto inspection. Jake was very courteous and responsive. Unfortunately, he had a personal commitment and had to leave - following which, I was left in the dark as to my vehicle's status, requiring repeated follow-ups with the staff, and instead of being done at ~ 1300 CT as planned, left at ~ 1600 CT. In the spirit of continuous improvement, a friendly suggestion would be to ensure a new customer has a highly positive and comforting experience. I would have also loved to have a final 5 mins (or less) overview of my car, including explanation of the software update that was done etc... Otherwise, clean environment and facilities.

I saw the 2015 Chevy Tahoe listed at the dealership. Scott Meidl was the salesman who contacted me. Very professional, open, patient and knowledgeable about the vehicle history. During the paperwork Scott keep me well informed of the process. A gentleman and scholar. Devon Reid was the CFS Director for financing the vehicle. Devon offered an extended warranty through the dealership, I declined, but he was not pushy at all. Overall the demand the two individuals were excellent. I would purchase another vehicle from the dealership in the future.

BMW Westmont GM just called me in follow-up to my negative review. He explained how the computer reset works and what service is coming up on my 320I,X Drive in 6,000 miles. However, this should have been explained to me by the technician before I left the dealership on 04/02/2020. Over-all I am pleased by the call and explanation. I scheduled an appointment for a Takata air bag recall. As soon as I got in the rep told me I was overdue for a brake fluid change, which I agreed to. When I was told the car was ready, I was informed that the air bag part was out of stock, and they would call me when the part was in, so I could make another appointment. When I made the appointment I was told the part was in. I don?t understand why I wasn?t informed beforehand that the part wasn?t in stock. I find this very frustrating and unprofessional.

I brought my wives car in and did not understand when I was told that the remainder of the car warranty was limited . I thought the original warranty was still in place as the car had less than the required mileage and years . When I brought it in for seat belt warning, BMW wanted 190.00 dollars just to determined if it was covered or not. With all the cars I have owned I never ever prepaid to see if the item was covered. Staff was phenomenal and no complaints about customer service. However, I purchased a CPO vehicle and the interior was dirty! Lint on the floor, crud under the buttons and infotainment knob, crumbs in the cup holders, crud between the seems of the leather chairs, snow/water stains on the inside doors, and I found stains that cannot be easily removed on the leather as well. I purchased the vehicle at night and did not see those details until the next morning when I already owned the vehicle. I sent an email with pictures to a sales manager there.

My 2010 Sedan with 140k miles had developed a visible oil leak. Jay was extraordinarily helpful, got the car there late evening and was diagnosed first thing the next morning and fixed to our satisfaction by the next afternoon. Responding to 2 items: 1) Requested an oil change for my '10 328Xi a) oil change completed in < 2hrs, b) Svc Advisor also mentioned that I needed a coolant flush and brake fluid change, all completed in a TOTAL of < 2 hrs. Response time is GREAT. Cost is hard for me to rationalize...$125 for an oil/filter change? 2) We have just ordered a new 2020 330Xi from Jessica. She is prepared, knowledgeable, and possesses EXCELLENT people skills. We are looking forward to the arrival/delivery of our new BMW. The reason this item was rated 4 of 5, was a) the inventory was not available...anywhere, b) the execution time to actually deliver a new vehicle is months long and c) it appears that our order is being built in a NEW FACTORY in Mexico as opposed to by the experienced factory team in Germany that built our last two BMWs. I have set up several new factories around the world and have NEVER seen a new start-up without some issues. We are concerned but will expect the BMW service team to address any issues encountered.

I have been a relatively "old" customer of Laurel and have been dealing with Lilly for sales and James Randall for service. I keep coming back for a reason. Too expensive, also it says a safety inspection was included, I dont think so, as I had mentioned to the service advisor that I had over-inflated tires, when I picked up my vehicle, tires were still over inflated, which makes me think what else didnt they do that I was charged for ? parts amounted to 501.31 labor 1377.23 !! too much. sorry I will have to find a more reasonable service center.

Just had a wonderful experience with Vesna at Laurel BMW of Westmont. She could not have been nicer as she showed us the models we were interested in, took us for a test drive, and answered our questions. We were able to get the car we wanted at a good, fair price. The car only had 1 key available and Vesna offered to order a new one and to drive the key over to our house when it arrives. We had a bit of a wait to get into the finance office to actually buy the car (I understand they were short-staffed that morning), but once in, the process was quick and easy. My only complaint is that I think you could do a little better on the snacks! People may be waiting there for long periods of time. Water and coffee and granola bars are fine, but I would have liked soft drinks, and maybe some more substantive snacks (muffins, donuts, a tray of sandwiches).

The service man that waited on me was rude and unconcerned about my time. I brought my BMW X3 in at 8:00 am on Friday 11/22/19, The Westmount Office. I went back to inquiry about my car around 10:00 am. The service man told me that he would come to me in 5 minutes. After about 30 more minutes I had to go to him again and ask about my car. I wanted him to explain the nature of the recall but he was very brief as if i was bothering him with my question. He was very unprofessional.

The overall experience was great. Our salesman Paul was knowledgeable and patient. (It took well over 3 months with us.) We decided we wanted to buy from Paul and AutoNation on our first visit. My experience with Laurel BMW was the best car buying one I have ever had and I've had over 10 in my life. I was treated like I was buying the best and most expensive car in the lot. I was only buying a 2012 Toyota Prius to take back to California in order to secure carpools lane tags without the expense of a new car that would qualify. Luke was wonderful to both my sister and I. There was no haggling or pressure to buy anything else. I was presented with warranty options but as soon as I told the credit manager I want interested, he placed it in the folder and moved on to complete the purchase! With the extreme cold we've had recently I had battery failure yesterday on my 5 year old BMW. Service was supposed to have corrected the issue with a change in battery and all seemed fine until this morning. Car's dead and not charging. I'm waiting for a tow back to Laurel where they'll hopefully diagnose correctly and remedy the situation.

Worked with the team via email and was extremely interested in a car for my son. While attempting to put money down on it (after all the credit approval was completed), someone came in and the staff gave them the keys for a test drive and that person ended up putting money down on the car. The email responses were slower than a DMV on a Friday. I was working on getting the stuff finalized on this car for 2 days. Very erratic email responses by the team allowed me not to get the car I wanted. I am utterly disappointed by this attempted buying experience. If they want to attempt to work via eCommerce... they need to set their standards and expectations or not do it at all. I feel this dealership is many years behind its competition. The inability to do such a simple task speaks wholly for this dealership. I will be avoiding and instructing anyone I come across to do the same.

I had a scary experience when the Accelerator of my car stopped working while I was on the highway. I would hope that BMW leadership Would note that there should be some time allowed for a drive her to get hurt his car off the highway, before the vehicle goes into limp mode. I was lucky I was in the right-hand lane when this happened and could get my car into a small space where the road I was on allowed you to turn off to another highway. There was no shoulder on the road I was traveling. So this could have been my fatal ride. Also I trust the repair has been done fully and well, based on my past experience with this dealership. But I cannot accurately report since I just picked up the car after repairs yesterday

Last Saturday evening I found myself stranded at OakBrook Center...gear selector not functioning - no reverse. Towed to Laurel BMW of Westmont. Monday morning service advisor Tony (Anthony) Scanlon informed me of the problem and cost of repairs. A multi point inspection was performed...recommendation for future service. Parts were available for a prior safety recall - Tony had the technician perform the recall on my vehicle. I am very pleased with the service Laurel BMW staff provides to their customers.

I recently purchased a 5 Series from Laurel BMW and was very pleased with the entire process. I was contacted by Luke Wierzba shortly after inquiring online about a car's availability. Upon arrival at the dealership Luke had both cars i was interested ready for a test drive. We chatted about cars features and packages and Luke was very knowledgeable and did not rush me through the process at all. Luke made the entire engagement a pleasurable experience! I then was brought to Joe at Finance who helped me close the deal on my car. Joe was equally great to deal with and answered all my questions making sure i was comfortable every step of the day. I so far have nothing but positive things to say about this dealership and even though there are BMW dealerships closer to my house Luke and Joe did so well i'm going to use Laurel BMW for service on my 5 Series.

We found the perfect car using the BMW CPO website but the vehicle was over 700 miles away at a BMW dealership outside of Chicago. I contacted the dealership and from the get go connected with an extremely attentive and genuinely caring sales associate name Hassan who personally took it upon himself to organize our purchase like we were sitting in the showroom with him. He gave us daily updates sent pics of the car as it was still being prepared for delivery and would contact me even on his days off for status updates. His sales manager and finance manager were equally as attentive and made the process so simple. The car just arrived last night and honestly it looks better than brand new. I had a flat tire, and presented without an appointment. After the technician determined the tire needed replacement, and one was not immediately available, I was given a loaner car. The repair was completed later in the day. The tire would have been cheaper at an independent tire shop, but I needed a loaner car.

To give a better insight, my 5 year old was not a blubbering crabby mess when we left. Real ( not temporary) plates were issued on sight, warranty provided, and best of all.... Just bought a 2018 BMW X5 from CJ (internet sales). I had already done a lot of research and test drove it at another dealership in Naperville. She gave me a great deal and got me a time to come in a test drive the one i was interested in. Financing offers weren't great enough through BMW and their affiliated banks, so I went with KCT credit union was got a deal of 1.49% (1.99% minus 0.25 for opening credit card and 0.25 for direct deposit). Anyway, only a minor inconvenience. The final sale processing was painless. They of course pushed the usual extended warranties and windshield protection plans and wheel protection plan, etc...but they weren't aggressive about it and that was nice. Overall great experience.

Mike Powlak did an excellent job as the servicing agent for my X5. I had contacted another dealership and they told me they could not get my car in for emergency service for over two weeks. Can't say enough about the staff and the service department. Was on my way to the Super Bowl driving from Chicago to Minneapolis when I got a coolant low warning. Called Laurel BMW and drove in and Brandon Valus expertly handled my very stressful situation. He got me in and diagnosed my problem immediately in the entrance bay. He then got the car in right away and had the car fixed. Luckily it was just a hose problem and they had it fixed in an hour and we were on our way to watch out Eagles win. Kudos to the whole staff. You have won a customer to the point I may drive over from South Bend IN to buy my next BMW.

I’ve worked with several different service advisors through these years and all of them have been very professional. I’ve been working with James Randall for the last 4 years and he has been outstanding. Since this review I’ve been back for service for both of my BMW’s and worked with James. He is always great to work with. I took advantage of a great deal they had earlier this year to have tires replaced on one my X3 and also for routine service on my X3. I also had service done on my wife’s X1, including a tune up. I’ve always been treated as a valued customer and everyone at the dealership is very professional. It’s the best car dealership I’ve ever dealt with.

I have dealt with Laurel BMW for over 15 years and appreciate the outstanding customer service I have enjoyed over the years. Just last week my 328 threw a code while on a trip. With the help of the SOS button and a tech advisor on the phone we remedied the issue enough to get home where I called my service advisor, Mike Buzzelli who got me in quick for the actions required to fix the problem. He does a fantastic job! I have never had any issues with my cars that were not resolved quickly and without a problem. The great sales and service staff make Laurel the best place for owning a BMW. I guess that is why I have purchased 9 cars from Laurel. They rock!

I've contacted 5 dealerships to compare prices. Received the best price from the Laurel BMW. 30 min over the phone and online with Kristina and finance manager and we've got approved (on Friday at 5:30 pm). Since my retirement in 2012 from Hinsdale employment I have used local service providers in the Plainfield area because of convenience. Recently after several less than favorable results I decided to return to Laurel BMW for service to my X3. Working with Mike Powalski my problem was diagnosed and corrected. After a five year absence from using Laurel BMW I can say that the convenience of proximity is definitely not worth the peace of mind of having trusted, trained service technicians address your service needs. In spite of the commute I will continue to return to Laurel BMW for my service needs. In my opinion their quality of work, honesty and hospitality make them my number 1 choice for all of my auto service needs.

I bought a pre-owned sports model BMW 550 and so far I am really enjoying all the features this automobile has. The salesman, Darrell Phillip, was extremely helpful when trying to decide between two vehicles. I also liked the expediency of the finance department in getting the paperwork done in a timely manner. When it was time to go and take my new vehicle I was waiting for more things to do or wait on. Of course my previous automobile was a BMW 540 and the service department was always kind and helpful. Laurel is okay with me.

I was out of town and the check engine light came one in my BMW. I contacted Laurel BMW and was able to get an appointment. Brandon was friendly and got the car registered with their system. Since they had wifi, I was able to keep working and did not need to take time off work. Unfortunately, 4 days later, the check engine light cam on again. I called Brandon and he got me scheduled first thing in the morning. The "programming" in the BMW was out of date so I took a while to get the programming up-to-date. Brandon kept me informed and even ensured that they took me to Panera to get lunch. After the programming was complete, Brandon ensured that additional testing was done so that I could safely drive back home. I would definitely recommend Laurel BMW if you need service for your BMW.

Super friendly, fast. The sales side was a great experience, too. I'm glad good service in every department seems to be the standard. I was rather crunched for time to do a thorough test drive and inspection myself but took it to the maker's dealer down the street, who did find an issue with the brake pad/rotor wear, which was odd since BMW's tech works on commission but his thickness values were twice what the dealer said. (I later confirmed the dealer was much closer than their tech). The sales manager worked with me to reduce the price further on an already excellent deal so I was pleased with my experience.

Was charged for a service that we were told on the phone would be free. Staff on site was polite and did tell us the information we received on the phone was in error before we had the work done. Service that was supposed to be completed in an hour and a half took almost seven hours.

Wrapped up the financing through Laurel and fly to Chicago to pick it up and drive it home. First rate experience all the way. Was looking to replace my old BMW 325I with a newer used 3 series sedan. My internet search found that Laurel BMW had 2 cars that were comparatively had the best bang for the buck. Visited the showroom with the common apprehensions about car salesmen. At the dealership Chris Cole showed me the cars. I was consciously trying to make decisions with my mind than getting carried away in the sales talk and deciding with my heart. When I discussed the cars with Chris, I did not feel that I was getting a sales pitch or was under any pressure. In between I watched him talk with other clients on the phone and did see a genuinely helpful saleman. I bought the car from Laurel BMW and altogether it was a good experience.

I see that this store does not only aim to sale but maintain good relation with customer. I see thats a huge plus as I noticed pushy sales or ignorant sales/finance managers in other stores.
