Service Policy
Our priority is to provide each Laurel BMW customer with an excellent service experience. Our service department staff is available to assist you with any questions or problems you may have. To arrange a service appointment, please utilize our online Schedule Service Appointment tool. If you have an emergency please contact one of our service advisors Monday through Friday during the hours of 7:45 am and 6:00 pm. After hours and on the weekends please contact BMW roadside at 1-800-332-4BMW.
We welcome customers from the other BMW Centers, though due to capacity Laurel BMW customers are provided scheduling and BMW Loaner car priority.
Service Loaner Policy
Laurel BMW will provide alternate transportation to service customers when requested at the time a service appointment is made. We have a limited number of "BMW Service Loaners," with additional vehicles being provided by a daily rental company. Please accept our apology if you are offered a BMW Loaner and have to wait for an appointment or are offered a daily rental. In case of emergency service, we will attempt to provide alternate transportation.
We regret that we are unable to provide alternate transportation for repairs related to accidents. Please consult with your insurance company as to their obligation to provide alternate transportation.
Vehicles are provided as part of the value in purchasing and/or servicing your BMW at Laurel BMW. Abuse of this privilege will result in withdrawal of Service Loaner usage. To assist other owners, please return the Service Loaner on the day when the service work has been completed.
All BMW Loaner vehicles will be given to our clients with a full tank of fuel. If returned without a full tank there will be a fuel charge. Smoking is not permitted in any of our loaner vehicles. Please notify us of any accident, damage or fault in the vehicle. All parking/traffic tickets are your responsibility. A BMW Loaner is being provided for local use only, and cannot be taken out of the state of IL. To obtain a loaner you must have a valid driver's license, current insurance information and a credit card for damages or fuel charges.
Complimentary Car Wash available to any customer that purchased their BMW from Laurel BMW (Weather Permitting)
The Car Wash is open Monday through Friday from 9am till 5pm and Saturdays 9am till 3pm.
No appointment is necessary, call 630-654-5400 for wait time
All BMW Service customers at Service visit will receive a Complimentary Car Wash.
(Complimentary Car Wash consists of exterior wash and interior vacuum.)
